We are seeking reliable and customer-focused Call Center / Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team. In this role, you will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a positive customer experience. Both part-time and full-time schedules are available.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Make outbound calls as needed (follow-ups, surveys, or support)
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and courteously
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Document all customer interactions in the system
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Meet performance metrics such as call quality, handle time, and attendance
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
