We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk / Operator to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems. This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, efficient, and comfortable working independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Input, update, and maintain accurate data in databases and systems
- Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them promptly
- Verify and validate information before entry
- Organize and maintain digital files and records
- Generate reports as required
- Follow data confidentiality and security procedures
- Communicate with team members to resolve data discrepancies
- Meet daily and weekly productivity targets
Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred
- Fast and accurate typing skills (typically 40+ WPM)
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable internet connection and a personal computer
- Basic knowledge of data privacy standards
